AMMENDE VILLA

The luxurious Villa is situated in a superb garden park in the beach area of Pärnu. It is in the walking distance from the town centre and the beach area.

The hallway on the ground floor leads to the central hall of the building extending through two floors. The function rooms of the building are decorated as saloons and halls.

The impressive suites on the first floor are furnished with nicely renovated original furniture from the beginning of the 20th century and plentiful accessory details. There is a bathroom in each suite and a sauna and Jacuzzi in the Lux Suite.

There are 11 comfortably furnished rooms in the Gardener’s House.
Each room has a shower, satellite TV and telephone.

There are 20 double rooms and 8 family rooms in the hotel. People with special needs, disabilities or allergies have also been considered.

Each room has a shower, television, telephone, drying cupboard for athletic wear. Each room has a balcony overlooking an ancient river valley unite nature with the modern interior. The hotel can accommodate a total of 72 guests.

Hotel has everything one might need for holding business meetings and seminars. The well-lit conference hall, equipped with the necessary technology can seat 40 working participants or up to 60 observers.

Our guests are welcome to take advantage of the billiard hall, two saunas and pool. There is also a well-furnished playroom for the kids.

Viljandi's most elegant building was constructed on 1938 and it was named Esimene Viljandi Esinduslokaal (the First Best Place of Viljandi), shortly EVE.

In the summer 1998 built Promenaad Hotel is located on the seaside, in the immediate vicinity of the city centre of Haapsalu. The hotel consists of two parts - the modern hotel part and the historic Pelzer Villa that dates back to the end of the last century. The Promenaad Hotel has 28 double rooms with balconies and view of the sea. There is a conference hall, suites and some hotel rooms in the Pelzer Villa. The Hotel bar and restaurant that seats 60 visitors offer a beautiful view of the sea. There is a sauna, a Jacuzzi pool and a spacious lounge in the basement of the Hotel. The conference hall, on the second floor of the Pelzer Villa viewing seaside, has all necessary equipment and is suitable for all kind of meetings and receptions.
